Design #2

*Note: There is a projector on the ceiling facing away from the computer onto the opposite wall in both designs.
There are some striking differences between these two designs:
* First of all, the first design does not allow students to easily see everyone in the class during a discussion, while the second class set up allows for optimal visibility in large classes.
*The projector on the ceiling faces towards most students in the second design, while the first design involves everyone moving around in order to see.
*In the second design, the teacher desk is at the back of the room which is hard to get to. However, it would seem that a teacher would be in front of the class more often leading discussions, etc. The first design does allow the teacher to always be seen, except for during presentations with the projector.
*The first design makes it difficult to maneuver through the class, while the second one is mainly free of traffic problems.
*Neither have storage with supplies, but the second design has examples of previous projects hung all over the walls and around the classroom. The first has some examples previous projects on the walls but more stuff on the shelves that can be used for examples when appropriate.
